CLASSY WEDDINGS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY POLICY FOR ALL VENUES - DIRECT BOOKINGS

Terms and conditions for hire of items 
With the exception of fresh flowers (which are available for you to take away) ALL items are hired  from Classy Weddings.
By confirming this booking you agree to be responsible for the safe return of all the hired  items booked with us. You also agree to pay Classy Weddings for any missing or damaged items. Classy Weddings will invoice you directly at cost prices of replacements plus any carriage charges if applicable. A photograph will be taken of your wedding presentation to ensure all items can be recorded as presented. Photographs may be used for advertising purposes on facebook and our website but your personal details will never be disclosed.
If any mains operated (240 volt) mechanical or electrical items are provided then any fault/problem with the functioning of these items must be reported immediately at the time of the fault/problem occurring and supported by video or photographic evidence by mobile phone to our direct number 07860 558685 whereupon we will respond within one hour. If the item cannot be repaired to working order or replaced a full refund will be given. Payment for all items booked is due one calendar month before the wedding date unless otherwise agreed. Any non payment will result in items not being presented.

Terms and conditions on deposit, full payment dates, cancellation and postponement charges
A non-refundable consultation fee is required within 7 days of booking to secure our services- the amount to be detailed on the booking confirmation.This fee will be deducted from the final payment for items booked.
The balance payment is due one calendar month before the wedding date.
If the wedding date is postponed then the balance payment is still due one calendar month before the original wedding date.We reserve the right to offer alternative items if the original booked items are unavailable on the new date.

In the event of a cancellation the following payments shall be due:
Period of Notice					Rate of Charge
36+ weeks						Only the non-refundable fee previously paid
24-35 weeks					50% of the total as detailed in the latest dated confirmation
12-23 weeks					75% of the total as detailed in the latest dated confirmation
0-11   weeks					100% of the total as detailed in the latest dated confirmation

Privacy Policy
By furnishing Classy Weddings with your personal details these will be held in our files so that we can provide the items and services you have booked with us. They will be held in our files for as long as required by law and then removed. Some of your details may be passed on to other suppliers in order to provide some of the services you may have requested. 
WE WILL NEVER SELL YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS TO ANYONE. YOUR WEDDING REQUIREMENTS DETAILS MAY BE PASSED TO AN ASSOCIATED SUPPLIER  IF NECESSARY TO PROVIDE SOME SERVICES/ITEMS. IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH THESE CONDITIONS CONTACT US. (GDPR).

A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to be paid to Bespoke Competition to secure our services (as defined by them under their T&C’s) with further £75 to be paid to Classy Weddings one month later.
The total deposit will be deducted from the final payment for items booked.
